Deepak Chopra's Leela Review
This game from Deepak Chopra and Curious Pictures is pretty amazing.

I played the demo 3 times last week and seemed to feel a little better. So I purchased the full game and am pleased with the variety of activities to unlock.

The control method works well, the menus are easy to navigate. I found I play more calmly and in control with each time I play.

The Presentation Sound and Visuals are very well done and will help your breathing, relaxation, and put you into a flow state if you let it.

I will break down what the game offers.

There are 2 main branches to the game, Play and Reflect.

Play's Movement section is broken down into 7 chakras each with seven levels. Each level adds a new element to play with.

The movements you perform to control the visual game onscreen are exersises to help open your Chakras. (you will be rotating and bending hips, chest and sholders, and expanding your arms and pushing gently outward, depending on the level/chakra).
The Play is Sequence (I haven't unlocked it yet) but I think you perform a series of Movements to open multiple chakras.
The 3rd is Mandala in which you create a personal mandala image to help guide you back to meditation.
Reflect contains: Stilness, Oracle and Ambient
Stilness has 7 guided meditations with Deepak's voice and some visuals and music.
Breath Practice has 7 different meditations that help you control your breathing with onscreen visuals that actually match your breath in your lower middle and upper torso.
Finally 7 silent meditation lengths are available from 2 minutes to infinite. They also each offer 7 sound choices and no speech.
Oracle contains quotes from Deepak that arises after you've reflected on something.

Kinect Sports Games

Kinect Sports Games

Kinect Sports:- Is the number one kinect game available, with a 9.2 rating form over 270 reviews. You can play soccer, beach volleyball, bowling, table tennis, track and field, and boxing. You can compete against yourself as an individual but have so much more fun when your friends and family join in. Kinect Sports 2 has just been released and it is as good as the first, with 6 new games.

Your Shape and Fitness Evolved :-
Your Shape Fitness Evolved, a revolutionary fitness game for Kinect for the Xbox 360 video game and entertainment system from Microsoft. Your Shape’s proprietary Player Projection technology puts your body into the game for the ultimate experience. You’ll control the game intuitively with your voice and body as you create your desired fitness experience. Choose a personal trainer to help you meet your specific fitness goals, take a Yoga or Martial Arts class, or play fun, family-friendly mini-games.

EA Active Sports:- It gives a workout, and even corrects form when I am off. I have to be off form by a lot for it to trigger though. It isn't a fitness trainer that will guide you to hit unused small muscle groups, but it also won't be nagging every few seconds either.

Motion Sports:- This collection shows off Kinect at its purest, bringing six sports to life right in your living room. Run, jump, duck, dodge, and soar through over 40 challenges that put your physical skills to the test. You'll dodge defenders and race to the end zone in football, flash fancy footwork in soccer, and work that jab in boxing.

Zumba Fitness:- Find your rhythm and let go as Zumba instructors guide you through 30 routines that will work you into a sweat and make you forget you're even exercising. Featuring exclusive music and choreography, Zumba Fitness.

Deca Sports Freedom:- A little different form the other kinect sports games, you can choose from Tennis, Boxing, Figure Skating, Archery, Snowboard Cross, Mogul Skiing, Dodge Ball, Kendo, Beach Volleyball, and Paintball.

The Biggest Loser Ultimate Workout: The Ultimate Workout offers more than 125 exercise moves focused on upper body, lower body, cardio, yoga, and cardio boxing. Players can select from the exercise moves to create a custom fitness routine or choose from 10 pre-set fitness programs such as Belly Buster and Boot Camp.

Brunswick Pro Bowling is a bowling simulation game for Xbox 360 that utilizes the motion capture and control capabilities of the Xbox 360 Kinect motion control system. This game was released in February 2011, but the reviews have been pretty poor.
The result is addictive gameplay that is both realistic and entertaining for the whole family, with the extreme sensitivity of the Xbox 360 Kinect allowing players to roll their ball virtually any way that they could do so in a real bowling alley. Additional features include: detailed environments filled with interesting characters, multiple mode settings, character customization and even bumpers for kids, or others needing help staying out of the gutter

The Kinect Wipeout game mimics the absurd obstacle courses of its TV inspiration, and players will be challenged with working their way through the show's challenges by running, ducking and dodging.Failure is an inevitable and frequent outcome, and players will be treated to visuals of their inglorious digital destruction.

Players will be challenged by more than 30 obstacles, which can be undertaken in one shot or as individual events. Obstacles explicitly called out today include Big Balls and the Smack Wall Sweeper. The game will also include audio commentary from the show's hosts; John Anderson, John Henson, and Jill Wagner.
